Fantasy Football Survivor ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our NFL Survivor Pool strategy platform and related services (the "Services").

Information We Collect
Personal Information
When you create an account through Auth0, we collect your email address, name, and profile information as provided by your authentication provider (e.g., Google). We also store your Auth0 user ID to manage your account securely.
Payment Information
We use Stripe to process subscription payments. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Stripe may collect billing information such as your name, payment method details, and billing address in accordance with their own privacy policy. We retain a Stripe customer ID to link your subscription to your account.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use our platform, including your survivor pool configurations, picks, simulation preferences, and interactions (e.g., features used, settings changed) to operate and improve the Services.
Technical Information
We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser characteristics, operating system, referral URLs, and event logs to ensure security and performance.

We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

Where required, we process personal data on the following legal bases: (i) performance of a contract (to provide the Services you requested); (ii) our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud, and support customer service); and (iii) compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent (e.g., certain analytics or marketing), you may withdraw it at any time.

We Do Not Sell or Share for Behavioral Advertising

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
