Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Fantasy Football Survivor (“FFSurvivor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Service Description

What We Provide

FFSurvivor is a strategic analysis platform that helps users plan and optimize NFL Survivor Pool picks using simulations, optimization logic, and NFL odds data. We do not operate or manage survivor pools, handle entry fees, or distribute winnings.

Strategic recommendations based on statistical analysis

Simulation tools and season planning utilities

Integration with third-party odds and custom probability inputs

Account Registration and Eligibility

Account Creation (Auth0)

To use the Services, you must create an account via Auth0. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. The Services are not intended for children under 13.

Subscription and Billing

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. Renewal periods and pricing are shown at checkout.

Pricing & Changes

We may modify plan features or prices with prior notice as required by law. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in your account or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues through the end of the current paid term.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and charges are not prorated.

Trials & Taxes

If offered, trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you’re responsible for applicable taxes.

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services or violate any applicable law.

Technical Restrictions

Automated scraping, rate abuse, or attempting to bypass security
Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing our code or models
Introducing malware or harmful code

Conduct & Usage

Sharing credentials or reselling access
Using the Services for illegal gambling or regulated wagering
Harassing or abusing other users or staff

No Gambling or Pool Management

We do not manage or operate survivor pools, collect entry fees, or distribute winnings. The Services are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Outcomes are uncertain; recommendations are not guarantees.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Services, including software, designs, algorithms, and content, are owned by FFSurvivor and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our trademarks, branding, or content.

License

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your Content & Feedback

You retain ownership of data you upload or input. You grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use them without obligation to you.

Third-Party Services

We use third parties to operate the Services, including Auth0 (authentication) and Stripe (billing). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Beta or Experimental Features

From time to time we may offer beta features that are optional and provided “as is,” may be modified or discontinued, and may have errors or interruptions.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FFSURVIVOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FFSurvivor and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide relief. Nothing prevents you from seeking relief in small claims court where available.

Termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful conduct, or pose risk to the Services or users.

By You

You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. Certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised “Last updated” date and, where changes are material, provide additional notice (e.g., email or in-app). Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FFSurvivor regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Export & Sanctions. You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
